






The Horizon Subiaco development site is a large and important development for the City of Perth and State of Western Australia. Development Consent for Horizon Subiaco was granted on 25 February 2015.
The development comprises nearly 300 residential apartments over 16 levels and 3,000m2 of retail space in one of the most exciting and prestigious areas of Perth, WA. It is directly opposite Subiaco railway station, only 4km from the Perth CBD and 14km from Perth International Airport. The development will re-enliven the Subiaco Town Centre and surrounding area.
This Development Consent was the culmination of more than 5 years of intense work by Ian Day and his team to secure the rezoning of the site, negotiate with the most senior levels of the Western Australian Government, and ensure the approval of the most significant project ever to be approved west of the Perth CBD.
